Group Classes

My group classes are typically a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa with Pranayama, Meditation, deep relaxation and hands-on adjustments for those who enjoy them. My mission is to help people discover the benefits of yoga and improve their physical and mental well-being. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for my students to practice yoga. All levels are very welcome at my classes - come connect with like-minded yogis and give yourself an hour of self-care!
