About Me
My mission is to help people discover the depths of yoga and empower them to strengthen their well-being. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students to practise yoga.
Why I got into yoga
My movement practice began when I was introduced to ballet at age 7. I went on to train in many styles of dance, before discovering the holistic benefits of yoga that captured my spirit. Taking time for genuine reflection, self-enquiry and gratitude through yoga changed everything.
After a mental health crisis left me feeling completely at a loss, I turned to yoga in an attempt to bring some structure and clarity back into my life. Along with the medical care I received, yoga became an integral part of my recovery and continues to be my guiding light, both on and off the mat.

The knowledge it provides for physical, mental and spiritual work is ancient and powerful - discovering this ultimately led me to train as a teacher.

What I can offer you
My goal is to provide a nourishing and safe space for students to be completely present in the moment. The physical body is one element of yoga - but cultivating the environment of smell, sound and sensation to enrich the experience for the mind and soul is equally important to my practice.

My classes honour the origins and lineage of yoga, incorporating Pranayama (breathing), Asana (physical poses) and a foundation of philosophy to reveal a holistic practice that benefits students. Class is a judgement-free space - I aim to empower students to practise to where they're comfortable and take whatever it is they need from my offerings. Unwind, take a moment for yourself and flow with me!
My teaching philosophy
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the authentic traditions of yoga, shaped by my ongoing training and experiences in India. Honoring this rich lineage is deeply important to both me and students, while also ensuring accessability for modern practitioners, and the space to blend more contemporary techniques and offerings.

For me, yoga is a powerful science that can have profound impacts on a person’s inner landscape, and as a teacher my role is to simply guide students on this revealing path. Whether it’s a dynamic power flow, grounding Yin practice or Pranayama workshop, connecting to oneself, the present moment and what one personally considers ‘the Divine’ remains at the center of my practice.

My training
I was awarded my 200 Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher qualification from Spirit Sadhana, Barcelona, where I studied under the wonderful tutelage of Adeline Boissard and Johanna McElfresh.

I later received my 50 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Qualification from Rishikesh Traditional Yoga School in Rishikesh, India.

I've been fortunate enough to be immersed in yoga schools and ashrams during my travels in India and Bali, invaluable, authentic experiences that shape my teaching practice.
